Hi! I'm Celja Uebel (pronounced Seal-ya Ee-bull). I am a cell developmental biologist fascinated with understanding faithful chromosome inheritance during sexual reproduction.

I'm also a passionate educator who believes that everybody deserves access to a strong education. Through teaching and mentorship, I strive to make science engaging for all students and aim to cultivate lifelong learners who can bring scientific thinking to any career path.

In my free time you can find me spending time with my family, gardening, getting creative, or roller skating.
